Hi, I’m Eric Ng — competitive pickleball player, former tennis standout, award-winning coach, and Founder & CEO of Next Generation Sports Group. From the court to the boardroom, my passion has always been helping athletes rise to their fullest potential.
As someone who’s lived the athlete’s journey, I understand the heart, hustle, and guidance it takes to succeed. I’ve coached championship tennis teams, lead a thriving volleyball club, and now run a company that exists to support athletes at every stage — from training and mentorship to marketing, management, and beyond.

My Story

This promise has become the guiding force behind my endeavors, propelling me to not only excel in my own pursuits but also to uplift and empower those who follow in my footsteps.
