My journey has taken me from championship courts to leading one of the most purpose-driven sports development companies in the industry — all fueled by one mission: to elevate the next generation of athletes and the communities that support them. As someone who’s lived the athlete lifestyle, I understand the heart, hustle, and mentorship it takes to succeed. I’ve coached league-championship tennis teams, led a thriving volleyball program, guided athletes of all ages, and now run a company dedicated to helping them rise at every stage — through coaching, training, mentorship, career guidance, branding, and the supportive structure every athlete deserves. But NGSG isn’t just about athletes. It’s about building stronger sports communities, too.
